Summer Sublet: Fully-Furnished Room in Hyde Park (near UChicago)

SUMMER SUBLET
Hi guys, I am looking for someone to sublet my room for the summer (mid-June to end of August). You will be rooming with two other girls.
Apartment info:
– 3BR/2BA (you will have a shared bathroom)
– Fully furnished
– In-unit laundry and dishwasher
– Rent: $795 (not including utilities, but water included)
– One block from North campus, 7 minute walk to Ratner, 10 minute walk to the Reg
– 3-5 minute walking radius to 55, 171, and 172 Bus Stops
– 7-10 minute walk to CVS, Hyde Park Produce, and Target
– No pets allowed
