Hi, I’m subletting a large fully furnished private bedroom in a 3 bed / 2 bath apartment at University Park Condominiums (1451 E 55th St) in Hyde Park.
Available July 1 through August 31. Move-in date is flexible within that window (earlier or later is possible).
$900/month (utilities included except electricity and internet, typically ~$20/month total). A refundable $300 security deposit is required.
The room is larger than a typical Hyde Park bedroom since it was originally the living room.
