Hello! I’m looking for a roommate to join us in a beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo in Hyde Park. The unit is home to two people and two friendly cats. Perfectly located at 56th and Harper, we’re just one block from the ME train station (also a UGo bus stop) and two blocks from the Hyde Park shopping center, which will cover all your grocery needs. The University of Chicago campus is just a comfortable stroll away (~7 min from the reg), and for those who enjoy the outdoors, we have easy access to the beach and expansive Jackson Park.
The rent is $1050/month with utilities included.
The condo is equipped with numerous amenities, including in-unit laundry, a dishwasher, a gas stove/oven, an air fryer, and filtered tap water. The room is also furnished with a bed, desk and nightstand from the previous occupant.
